The data collected is as follows: name, tax identification number, citizen card or identity card, telephone number, email address.

4. Purposes of processing and legal basis

The data is intended to fulfill obligations arising from the reporting channel and the general regime for the prevention of corruption.

5.Recipients and international data transfers

The data will not be subject to any international data transfer, nor will it be provided to third parties, except in the situations provided for in the following paragraphs. The data may be transferred to the public entities responsible for investigating and handling the facts reported through the reporting channel.

6. Conservation period

The data will be kept for a period of one year after any contact between the data controller and the user has ceased, and until all expiry and limitation periods for the respective rights have elapsed, without prejudice to the obligation to keep the data for a longer period as required by law.

7. User rights

The data subject may request the data controller to access personal data concerning him or her, as well as to rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of his or her data.
